Aranarth Terms of Service

1. No refunds will be issued for any payment, and absolutely no chargebacks will be accepted either.
   1. Any attempt to dispute or reverse a payment without prior communication may result in permanent server and/or store access termination.
2. You must be over the age of 18, or have a guardian's consent to make this purchase.
3. You must be online at the time of the purchase, or the perks may not be provided correctly.
   1. Delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
4. You understand that the payment is for an in-game perk, and not a physical product whatsoever.
5. If you are making a payment for another player, both players agree to the Terms of Service.
6. Purchases do not guarantee the server will remain online, accessible, active, or in the same form forever.
   1. If the server closes permanently, no refunds, transfers, or conversions will be given.
7. Rank or perk removal due to bans, mutes, cheating, harassment, or violation of server rules does not qualify for a refund.
8. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and the server does not store full payment details.
9. Perks, ranks, and rewards can be modified, buffed, nerfed, or removed at any time for balancing or technical reasons without compensation.
   
10. These terms may be updated at any time without notice, and continued use of the server or store implies acceptance.
11. We are not endorsed by, associated with, or supported by Mojang or Microsoft.
